Global Chief Marketing Officer, Leadership, based in New York
Early in her career, newly in charge of a budget big enough to allow for a billboard campaign and poised to make her professional mark, Gail had an insight that shaped the rest of her career: often the biggest canvas demands the simplest message. A mere three words and one powerful photograph later, she’d created a billboard with concision and clarity, signifying an approach to marketing that—happily for us—aligns exactly with Siegel+Gale’s commitment to the fundamental truth that simple is smart.
Throughout her 20-year career, Gail has implemented successful marketing initiatives across a wide variety of industry sectors for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Siegel+Gale, she served as SVP of marketing at BurrellesLuce, where she oversaw marketing planning, market research, competitive analysis, staff/vendor management, lead generation and internal communications. She spearheaded BurellesLuce’s social media marketing program that established a company-wide platform, a corporate blog and integration with Twitter and Facebook.
Earlier, Gail worked for NaviSys, an Accenture company; IntraLinks, where she served as marketing VP; and Bankers Trust Company, where she was an officer. She also co-founded and managed her own successful software marketing business and a marketing consulting firm.
Gail holds a BA in environmental and urban studies from Montclair State University and a master’s in corporate and public communications from Seton Hall University. In her free time, you’ll find her at home in New Jersey with her husband and three rescue dogs, where she enjoys hiking, comfort food and relaxing to the sounds jazz and folk.
