Eric's passion for the dynamic, emerging Chinese market began during his first trip to the region in the late 1980s and grew as he witnessed the country’s breathtaking transformation in the years that followed. As general manager for our Shanghai office, Eric’s deep, personal understanding of Chinese consumer culture gives his team a distinct edge, helping our local and global clients take full advantage of the unique opportunities this marketplace offers.

In his previous role as a senior strategist at Siegel+Gale Los Angeles, Eric led branding initiatives in the U.S., the Middle East and Asia for clients such as Yahoo! Microsoft, Sony PlayStation, Freescale Semiconductor, Symantec, Demand Media, TIBCO Software, Agility, the Port of Long Beach and Qatar Telecom.

Before joining Siegel+Gale, he was an associate marketing manager at The Walt Disney Company, where he built strategies for Disney Online’s vast portfolio of subscription products and online games. As account director at Foote Cone Belding (now DraftFCB), he managed global advertising campaigns and strategic partnerships for Hewlett-Packard. He began his career as an associate client strategist at Sharpe Partners, developing digital marketing programs for Fujifilm USA.

Eric received a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
