Engineering Engineering   Brand and marketing professionals are generally responsible for making promises: employees are responsible for keeping those promises. When disconnects occur between promise makers and promise keepers, the customer experience suffers.  In 2006, HNTB approached long time branding partner, Siegel+Gale, to help align employees with the brand to ensure consistent delivery of a positive customer experience. To do so, S+G translated HNTB's five core brand values into a series of thought-starting internal communication pieces, including posters, a brand film, and a corporate voice book.   The brand alignment program has been a huge success. Moreover, HNTB was thrilled with the extent to which the communications hae resonated with and inspired employees to "live the brand"
