Defining Optimum Brand Architecture After revitalizing their brand strategy and identity, and conducting a full branding program ranging from the rationalization of the literature system to the design of the retail outlets and the corporate website, Eurotel asked us to clarify their brand architecture. The Eurotel 'mother' brand had been weakened by the recent creation of brands and logos, and we solved this by reorganizing the brand architecture, and by providing them with a browser-based tool to ensure that the new model was easy to understand and use internally.
