Brand Refreshment When Danone was faced with the successful introduction of Yoplait in one of its key markets, it needed to act quickly: Danone saw its market share in the fruit Yogurt sector drop from 60% to 35%, while the entire Yogurt market was redefined by the dynamic and youthful postioning undertaken by Yoplait. Our task was to reposition the Danone brand and its portfolio of yogurt products in a refreshing way that could win back the well-deserved leadership position that Danone had enjoyed in the market for years.
