Creating a New Business Class Experience Targeting primarily frequent travelers and business passengers, we transformed each touch-point of the business class experience. On the ground, it meant new check-in and lounge experiences, while in the air we upgraded the in-flight experience with new menus, crockery, linens, amenities kit, cabin interiors and many more elements — all contributing to a rich and modern Czech experience. The new freindly copy style and contemporary aesthetics gave the airline a sophisticated appeal with a human touch.
