At age seven, Sandra had a life-changing moment. She beat her dad at arm wrestling. “He always pushed me to discover my own strength,” she says, adding, “I think he let me win, but I didn't know that then!”
That strength has taken her to three of the world’s top markets, where she’s found success leading marketing strategy, brand development and both qualitative and quantitative research.
Before she crossed the country to lead the research practice in our Los Angeles office, Sandra was Director of Marketing for NBC Universal Local Media in New York—leading innovative marketing strategies across digital, broadcast and mobile platform channels. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Research at Illuminas, where she partnered with a range of clients in the media, consumer goods and technology sectors, including ESPN, Nokia and Dyson.
Earlier in her career, Sandra received an MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School and decided to stay (and travel). While there, she was a Senior Research Executive for Ipsos MORI, where she developed and executed research initiatives for leading global organizations such as British Airways Vodafone, Blackberry, Kellogg’s and ExxonMobil.
Sandra is an avid reader, a lover of yoga, and passionate about nutrition. It’s no wonder she calls L.A. home, especially since she recently took up surfing. Strength indeed.
