Lauren McDermott

Senior Project Manager, Relationship management, based in London

Lauren’s approach to project management was partly forged on the playing fields of Penn. There, as co-captain of the Quaker varsity lacrosse team, she learned the value of planning, organizing and managing resources to achieve the team’s goals.

Lauren’s ability to set priorities, ask the right questions and listen carefully to stakeholders has led to successful branding initiatives for a wide range of leading companies. Her client roster includes American Express, Quest Diagnostics, Kahn Lucas and Dollie & Me, who have all relied on her solid strategic insight and expert communication skills to achieve their goals.

Before joining us Lauren worked at TargetRx, a pharmaceutical marketing and advertising research company, where she directed online research engagements for clients such as Pfizer, Wyeth, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in her career Lauren helped manage the marketing of the Latina pop singer Shakira.

Lauren earned a BA in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also minored in art history. She is a worldwide traveler, passionate photographer and has ascended the Talkeetna Mountains in Alaska and the 14,451 volcanic cone of Mt. Rainier in the state of Washington.
