James Endrst

Senior Editor, Brand Voice, Brand development, based in New York

James Endrst is one of the lucky ones. The son of a journalist father and a show business mother, he knew early on in life that he wanted two things—to write and be read.

For the more than 15 years that James has served as a journalist, editor, writer and storyteller, he has mastered the ability to weave threads of information into a cohesive, compelling narrative.

As a media reporter and columnist, James has profiled companies such as Disney, NBC and GE and interviewed luminaries ranging from Oprah Winfrey to Tom Hanks. His work has been carried internationally and appeared in the New York Times, New York Post, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post and the Times of India. James continues to regularly contribute to various outlets, including book reviews and arts and entertainment-related pieces to USA TODAY.

Before joining us, James ran a company called Your Life on Demand, ghostwriting personal narratives and screenplays for ordinary and famous clients alike, under the premise that "everybody has a story, but very few people know how to tell it."
