While Chad was growing up, his mother always told him, “It's not only what you say—it's how you say it.” Needless to say, Chad has taken his mom’s words to heart.
As director of Brand Voice™, Chad analyzes the way companies communicate, distilling the attributes that capture their distinctive tone, manner and style. His expertise is developing the personality of a brand and ensuring that it’s brought to life in every communication. Among the clients that have benefited from his keen marketing sense and creativity are Caesars Entertainment and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).
Before joining us, Chad served as vice president and creative director at RAPP, where he oversaw creative for major brands including Toyota, Charles Schwab and Mattel.
Chad attended West Virginia University, where he received a BS in advertising from the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism.
