Siegel+Gale Wins 2012 Webby Award

The University of the Arts’ Website Captures People’s Voice Award

NEW YORK, May 8, 2012—Global strategic branding firm, Siegel+Gale today announced that it has won a People’s Voice Webby Award in the school/university category for its website design work completed on behalf of the University of the Arts.

The University of the Arts website entitled “A Window on a Creative World,” is the central communications vehicle for the University and illustrates the creativity of the community by showcasing its many innovative artists and creative leaders.

“Excellent organizations are not defined solely by the beauty or consistency of their websites, but rather by the richness of the experience people have when they interact,” said Howard Belk, Co-CEO of Siegel+Gale. "We’re pleased that the wonderful work of our Brand Experience team has been recognized with this prestigious award.”

Representatives from Siegel+Gale and University of the Arts will receive this award at a star-studded ceremony at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York on Monday, May 21, 2012, at 5:30 p.m.

Siegel+Gale was nominated in two categories. The firm’s own website,, was among only five nominees in the professional services category.
