Siegel+Gale Supports Growing Roster of Global Clients through Executive Promotion and Hires
Michael A. Hultberg becomes Chief Operating Officer; Branding Veterans Gerhard Remlein and Camilla Bravo Join Strategic Branding Firm
NEW YORK, November 8, 2011 – Siegel+Gale, a global strategic branding firm, today announced that it has added three operational and client-facing executives to its experienced management team. These key leaders will play critical roles in supporting Siegel+Gale’s efforts to provide enterprise-wide branding and customer experience initiatives for a growing roster of global companies.
Effective immediately, Michael A. Hultberg is appointed to the new role of chief operating officer to bolster Siegel+Gale’s management processes and delivery infrastructure. Previously serving as chief financial officer and an executive team member for the past five years, Hultberg will now support Siegel+Gale’s operational processes and delivery infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Hultberg held executive, financial and operational posts at Time Warner, e-commerce consulting firm Rare Medium Group and KPMG.
“I’m excited to focus on the underpinnings that enable our teams to provide smart, simple and creative solutions for our branding and customer experience clients around the world,” said Hultberg. “The firm has more than doubled in five years and opened up six offices in five countries. As clients request work that requires a true global perspective and daily collaboration from consultants across all of our offices, we will continue to improve our customer focus and deliver operational excellence.”
Gerhard Remlein joins Siegel+Gale as global group director, where he leads cross-functional and cross-regional teams dedicated to one of the world’s largest technology companies. Gerhard came to Siegel+Gale from BBDO, where he served as global brand agency team leader for Procter & Gamble. He advised worldwide companies such as Duracell, Gillette and Masterfoods.
Camilla Bravo brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as senior account director at Siegel+Gale. She will lead the American Express team. Previously, she was senior marketing director for four leading brands: Philips Media, Sony PlayStation, Microsoft and Kodak Gallery (where her work earned a 2009 EFFIE award). Camilla started her career at Maddocks & Company, rising to vice president of account management at the agency while working on marketing campaigns for Disney, Pioneer, Procter & Gamble, Max Factor and Avon.
David Srere, co-CEO and chief strategy officer, said, “Doing great work for great clients is the key to attracting and retaining such great people as Mike, Gerhard and Camilla. Each is truly unstoppable when it comes to delivering ideas that help organizations realize their true potential. We are fortunate to have them at Siegel+Gale.”
Howard Belk, co-CEO and chief creative officer, added, “Over the past two years, our investments in talent and new capabilities have attracted new global clients, which has accelerated our need for top talent. Mike’s promotion combined with Camilla and Gerhard’s senior counsel and management expertise will help us continue to exceed our expectations and, more importantly, the expectations of our clients.”
All three of these executives are located at the firm’s New York office.
